Hello @Patoine

It’s possible your Charge 5 needs a bit of cleaning. The Charge 5 is unfortunately very easy to get dirty with all the groves on the back. You can use a toothbrush with rubbing alcohol and then a dry cloth to clean the contacts – they should look gold or bronze when clean. Check your charger pins to make sure they are aligned on the charger. Ensure they are also clean and not pushed down by accident.
If your Fitbit still has some battery life left but simply won't start charging you can try restarting your Charge 5 to see if that helps. You won’t lose any data doing a restart: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186.htm. If that doesn’t help you can try placing it back on the charger for at least 30 mins then try a restart again.
I’ve seen where changing your clock face though the Fitbit App work but that’s primarily for screen issues but I don’t think it would hurt just to try.

Let me know how it goes

Hmm, can you confirm that your power supply is functioning correctly? If it's a USB port on a computer, make sure the Device Manager hasn't configured the port to turn off to save power. On the business end of the recharging cable, the magnetic end, there are two small gold-colored pins that make contact with plates on the back of the Charge 5. Make sure both pins are still there, not broken off. You might need to do a system restart which is in the Settings menu, scroll all the way to the bottom.
