My charge 5 will not hold a charge

My charge 5 will not hold a charge. I have cleaned the back of it and checked my charger. Also I have reset it 3 times and nothing works! Can I please send it in to be fixed or exchanged? It is still under warranty!

I have the same issue. Been on to the Fitbit people three times. Now they offered me a refund but I need to send everything back and wait   I have turned off all the features they said. Not sure why I upgraded now
