I bought my Charge 5 on 01/03/2022 and today it just quit working. Can I ship it somewhere for repair or replacement?

That was 1st thing i tried. I followed the instructions to the "t" and it did nothing.

Same thing happened to me a week ago on my Fitbit received as a gift Nov 2021. Black screen, totally dead, no vibration when reset or attached to charger. Not sure if it’s the charger or Fitbit. Is there a support number for help? I think there’s a one year warranty.
