After a recent update my charge 5 is not responding to any touch input whatsoever.
I have already tried to restart it via the charging cable but that did nothing.
Is there anyway I can fix my watch
I cannot even factory reset as the touch input has completely stopped not allowing me to even see the date as it is stuck on zone minutes.
please help me as to what I can do to fix it

Do you show 5 dots at the top of your screen.
Others have reported that changing the watch face using the app in your phone sometimes solves the problem.
