My experience with Charge 5 and Customer Service

Dreadful customer care. Since Feb this year been contacting fitbit as I don't receive low battery or achievment notifications or emails. Had contact with over 12 people they do the same thing over and over then shut my case without solving the problem

Still waiting for a resolution. Still being shut down by tech departments. Emails to C.E.O not answered. Daily emails for progress update ignored generated email informing me the case has been closed.
