My device won't turn on. I've done all the troubleshooting, bought new cables etc. It's dead.
Does anyone know how to get returns info or help from Fitbit? I've tried asking them to email me via contact and I've been ignored. I've tried looking up the info but it just sends you round the houses. I think it'll have passed the year mark by the time I get a reply. I'm disgusted by how bad the service is but I actually like the product, unfortunately.

when there is someone available, chat is an option. Phone or X/Twitter works well, too.

I had same, couldn't get anywhere with Chat, but eventually my email was answered - took about a week.

What email did you use? I don't want to ring if avoidable as it's awkward with kids and work.
They've not replied to my last message which was weeks ago.
Thanks!

Initially I used the link that Odyssey13 gave you above, and then picked the email option. I just tried to put the email address but I got told I couldn't include it - sorry.

The phone support is worse than useless. In order to "help" you, they need you to verify on Google (g.co/verify). That doesn't work unless you registered with a Google account. All I ever use Google for is to forward email to a useful account.
