My experience with Charge 5 and Customer Service

Be careful!!! If your device is out of warranty they will not help you replace; nor do they have a physical store or place to help you. They offer you a 35% discount code which is awful given that the device is supposed to be WATER RESISTANT UP TO 50m

I went in the pool that was at most 4ft! Why would they even have an option to track swimming if it's not water resistant?!

I'm actually pretty disappointed in the company. I'm sorry but they can take their discount code somewhere else; I refuse to buy a WHOLE NEW device from a company that does not provide adequate support for their faulty products.

Does anyone know of any company/brand that is better and does the same thing... Let me know so my next device will be purchased from them!

Loved my Garmin a couple years ago, but it died and they stopped making the slim band ones so I went back to FitBit. I quit using FitBit several years ago because they always died quickly. And now that I'm back with it, I still like Garmin better. I left my Garmin on for swimming, showering, anything, and it lasted a year longer than my FitBits ever did.

No problem! I plan to go back to Garmin after my Charge dies... even if they still don't have a slim band. Good luck to you!
