My experience with Charge 5 and Customer Service

Watch stopped working after 1 year and Fitbit wont do anything about it but offer a discount to buy a new watch.

I have reached out multiple times and this is why I am now at the community boards letting people know how horrible this company has been to me. I noticed that you’ve changed my subject title to save face. It is unfortunate to be a valued customer and after 1 year you watch stops working and the best thing they came say is oh you have to buy a brand new one. It’s also unfortunate that I have a subscription I can no longer use or get refunded for but do not have a watch to use. I wish this company had better practices.

I'm with you. I can't even login to the app so the watch is useless. I'm probably never getting anything Google related for fitness tracking ever again.
