Kia ora,
I have had my fitbit since the end of December 2023, absolutely no issues until yesterday. My watch went flat, I plugged it in and left it to charge for a couple of hours. Unplugged it, and the screen did not turn on. Attempted to change the clock face as I used to have this issue with my charge 2 a couple of years ago, to no avail. I tried looking in the forum, and tried the three press restart and the 15 second reset as well, neither one worked. tracking and syncing are both still working though.
The other issue is that the battery drained in about 2 hours after I put my blank watch back on.
Just looking for advice on any other steps I could try, Cheers

Since you've tried the recommended troubleshooting steps without success and your device is less than a year old, you should contact Fitbit support (<-- click link) to see what are your options under warranty.
