Got the Charge 5 last year in June. It's now late July a year later and the FitBit stopped working. It's out of warranty, of course, so I just have an expensive piece of electronic trash on my wrist. Additionally, the watch is physically fine - no scratches, scuffs or wear and tear. It looks brand new! It's just garbage. AVOID!!!

For me - 13 months.
For my brother - 6 months but was able to get a new replacement. He doesn't think it will last more than a year so used AllState to insure it.
What about you?? My watch died ONE month after the warranty expired.
