quality of Fitbit’s have gone out the window. Constantly have sync issues with charge 5. I follow all steps given by Fitbit snd nothing works. This is my last attempt - then trashing and going with another brand. On 3 days now to fix.

Agree 100% about quality going down recently. I’m having all sorts of problems with my Charge 5. It’s pretty much been useless for the past week. I’m also looking for another tracker similar to the Charge models. Fitbit doesn’t seem to care about their customers though.

What are the best alternative trackers? I am on my 3rd Fitbit and they all have failed.

I am so disgusted....did all the steps suggest by Fitbit. Nothing works....battery stays charged for 2 hours max. I want a new tracker.
