My experience with Customer Support

I am at a loss and not sure if anyone can help me.  I have contacted the Fitbit Customer Service a month ago.  As my charge 5 is not working and is still under warranty.  I have not been able to get a resolve and am not getting any responses.  Is anyone else having troubles getting answers to their concerns from Customer Service?

Although they can't directly help, they might be able to help get the attention of the right team. And, they might be able to confirm if there's a delay in sending your replacement.
