My experience with Fitbit devices

I have gone through 5 different devices in 5 years. 3 were a  charge 3, 2 were a charge 5. In 2 cases the failures occurred after a firmware update. I am totally unmotivated to get another one even though I love the features they offer. Guess I’ll go back to my old school system of tracking my exercise, even if I don’t get other features. The longevity of these devices means I don’t really buy them, I only rent them for a year.
