I have owned 4 devices in total - Versa, Charge 5 and Charge 6 (2 devices). All devices have failed to operate at all or in terms of screen function. The last device was 3 months outside the 1 year warranty and Google informed me that nothing would be done, They are cheaper than most other similar devices but you don't get what you don't pay for
