How can you revert back to the old look app? The new layout is terrible and very hard to read and understand. Your chat team say it can’t be reverted. Please can you change this quickly? Otherwise, it’ll sadly have to be the end of my Fitbit.

After several weeks of not having battery level in the app it suddenly appeared yesterday. All I need now is the old app back.

It’s seriously the worst!!! With previous versions it was easy to adjust to the new layout and function, but this one I still don’t understand and can’t find information on my exercise session like previously. I might move over to Sunto or Samsung if they don’t do a new update that’s more like the previous version.

I am now having trouble with tracker syncing. My battery level appeared on my app for 48 hours and then dissapeared again. 🤔

This is classic Google isn't it. Fitbit was obviously designed by people who understood what people who use one wanted - they were probably into fitness/exercise themselves.
But Google always think they know best and want to dumb it down for the lowest common denominator. Why on earth would you make your exercise information so much harder to find or remove it altogether.
Anyway, I'm looking at alternatives for my Christmas stocking as it no longer gives me what I enjoyed from it previously. Shame.

I totally agree the changes ha made the app worse in most aspects.
For me it is even worse as it freez most time when looking into a running exercise and I have tried every solution that the support team have sugested.
I reported the issu november 28 and have spent numerous hours on testing suggestions from the support team both on Iphone and Ipad.

It is the same on my Premium version. Absolutely terrible. To see this data now I have to go to the website, where of course I am always prompted to get the latest Fitbit. As if this experience would encourage me to that!

I agree, I consider myself a tech guy, open for innovation and new things. I am using Fitbit Premium on my Charge 3, 4 and 5 for many years but after using the new app for a while I cannot get used to it. I don't like it, it is not intuitive and I miss many things that were in the old app. I am sorry but if it stays this way I and many fitbit users for sure will be tempted to jump over to other health device brands.

I agree! I like my Versa3 but so much functionality was lost with the new app. I will be switching if they don’t switch the app back

Yep. Functionality is poor. The ap freezes on my iPhone and iPad when I want to look at anything in detail. Thanks for nothing google. This is an app problem that deleting and reinstalling does not make a difference.
I updated my firmware with no effect.

It's awful! I've had a fitbit for nearly 10 years and I'm ready to throw in the towel. It's not user friendly and is so bland. I have to scroll all over for things that were right at my fingertips. It is not an upgrade!

I hate it, it won’t register me anymore because of slight weight change and keeps weighing me as guest, surely the soft wear creators can at least fix this issue lots of people are complaining. I can’t even find a way round it. What’s the point of scales that will only register one weight 😡😡😡

The app is so messed up, it shows different stats literally next to each other. Apparently I’ve burned 2047 calories today- but I also only burned 1635 calories today…. SO WHAT IS IT??? Seriously this was the last straw for me, bye fitbit 👋

I agree the new app is terrible. I miss the little bar graph. I don’t know how to change top focus from stress mgmt to zone minutes. Also it has twice picked up over and back runs as swim! Plus it is just plain confusing. I no longer see the map of my runs! I wish Google would change it back to the way it was!

I’ve been a FitBit user for many year. Sadly, if they don’t revert the app to the way it was, I’ll be looking for an alternative. Too bad. I loved my FitBit Versa 3.

I keep messaging customer support asking when they will respond to all these complaints. They keep providing me the link to this community and encouraging me to provide feedback here. Why do we have to do all the work? I wish the developers would read these posts and revert back the app! Lots of lost business!

I feel exactly the same way.. I immediately bought the premium subscription and used it every day to track food, exercise etc.and lost 10 lbs with it's help! . since they destroyed the app (which I honestly thought there was something wrong with my phone when I saw it) I haven't really used it.. I completely lost interest in paying attention to my watch and using any tracking.. I am cancelling premium and will look to buy a different watch when this one stops working.. we all know Google is awful but seriously... At least they could pretend they care about the people using their products.😔
