Last update I was forced to select a FOCUS, which re-designed my Home Screen. I had it how I wanted it. Do not like this forced change at all.

The new dashboard is useless. I will be reluctantly looking for a new device and am now actively encouraging people to ditch their Fitbit. Just restore the old dashboard…. NOW!!!

Welcome back to the Fitbit community, @Quinnfit!
Sad to hear about your initial impressions of the new Fitbit app. Such massive changes in design indeed need time to get settled in. To get you accustomed to the new design as comfortably as possible, please have a look here:
Fitbit - The Pulse - Fitbit Community Blog - The redesigned Fitbit app is rolling out
I'd like to point out that you can change Focus on your dashboard any time. To do so, please tap the pencil-shaped edit button in the upper right, then swipe the Focus tile sideways to select another one. Confirm by tapping Save in the upper right corner.

Focus does not work for me, since I cannot pick ONE focus. Please restore the design where we can pick individual items. I now have things I do not care about occupying my Home Screen.

The pencil shaped edit button is in the upper right of your Fitbit app's Today page, @Quinnfit.:

When I go into my home screen on the fitbit dashboard, it is telling me that I only got 20 minutes of training in, when I have over 60 logged in on my wrist device and my phone. It also said (on the dashboard) that I only had 82 zone minutes, when on my wrist device/phone I had 113 zone minutes. The dashboard said I had no peak minutes from my hour of h.i.i.t, when in reality my wrist device signalled several time that I was in peak mode. Clearly, the dashboard is not communicating properly with the wrist device. And yes, I update my phone app regularly. What do I do about this?
