I just received the email that said that the first sleep profiles were available the week of July 4? Did anyone recieve one? Did you have to sign up. The email on my phone looks different from the one on line. (The phone one says "get started" but the on line email says "learn more.
Thank you.

I did. I have a premium subscription - I’m not sure if that’s required.

When I click on sleep it is under the weekly bar graph… a picture of an animal and a description. It does say you need 14 nights of recorded sleep in the month to be assigned a profile.

@Missiv12 @RunWalkCrawl The sleep profile is a Premium feature. You don't have to sign up for it. It will appear. The sleep profile on my app is based on sleep data from June. There is a Learn More option, then a view past sleep animals at the bottom of the page. A user needs 14 nights a month with data. A user needs 14 nights with data in July to get a new report on Aug 1. @Missiv12 Do you wear your Fitbit to sleep nightly? Don't be alarmed if you did wear it in June. The feature might not be out to all eligible users -- even though you got that email.
Like I wrote, this is a new feature. I'm going to flag this thread to get a moderator's input. I will ask if the roll out is complete to all eligible users.

Hi everyone, thank you for sharing your inquiries about the new Sleep Profiles, @Missiv12 @RunWalkCrawl.
I can confirm that this feature is now fully released and available to Premium Subscribers. As @LZeeW explained earlier, It's not necessary to sign up for it, it will appear automatically in your app.
As it happens with any new released, keep in mind that it's a progressive rollout, so not all users received the feature at the same time. It starts with a small percentage and then it extends to the whole community of users (with a Premium subscription in this case), so don't worry if you didn't receive the sleep profile for June, just make sure that you wear your Fitbit device to sleep for at least 14 days to receive the sleep profile on the 1st of each month.
You can find more information about this feature and the requirements to receive a Sleep Profile report in this article as well.

Given my Charge 5 is very inconsistent recording sleep or health metrics, why would you spend $ for Premium?

Hi, thank you for sharing this information about the issue you're experiencing with the Charge 5, @SenFitIn.
Before considering other options, could you please provide a few more details about the problems you've been experiencing with sleep tracking and health metrics. Let me know if you're not receiving them at all or what are the metrics that you're not receiving.
Thanks again for sharing all your comments and feedback about this.
I'll be around.
