I have subscribed to "Premium" since 2017, paid thru iTunes until last year when I changed the payment method to a credit card. Everything was going fine. I recently upgraded to Charge 5 and wanted to change the credit card for my Premium payment. I logged on to Fitbit, "No subscription services," although Fitbit takes the money every month without fail. I checked iTunes. "Your subscription with us expired when you switched payment methods." I called Fitbit customer service. "I see you have Premium, I'll send you an email with a link so you can CANCEL your Premium." ME: "I WANT TO CHANGE MY PAYMENT METHOD, NOT CANCEL!" REP: "Oh, yes, of course, sending you the email to do that." The email I received was a "friend request from a shirtless man! What's going on???
