I might have a dud. Straight out of the box.  Placed on charger for 2hr then full day.  Tried different outlets and USB plugs. Made sure nothing in-between contacts. Tried the 3x reset with 1 sec between. Device won't respond. Any thoughts.

Do you see anything on the display when you connect the charger, or double tap the screen?

Time to hit up the customer support folks, unless you purchased locally, and could return locally.
