No data in heath metrics; no SpO2 reading at all

All items in Heath Metric pages (Today and Trend), except skin temperature, says "No data in the past 24 hrs" although I have been wearing it for 48hs continuously now. I never seen any Heath Metric data since I bought this Charge 5. Today for the first time Skin Temperature shows -0.1 . I also subscribed to Premium, which did not help. I have never seen my SpO2 anywhere, even on dial! Very disappointed indeed. I will return it if Fitbit does not address this issue here to my satisfaction before the end of this week.
