Charge 5 has no display and won't charge or even vibrate when the charger is attached. One bright green light on the back remains lit ( #2 of 4). Won't reset per instructions. Help!

I’ve had same issues today. Followed all recommended resolving procedures but still not working. Rang Fitbit and replacement item being forwarded within 10 minutes. Perhaps there’s some issue with this batch
