No notifications on Charge 5

I connect and install everything to get notifications such as Whatsapp massages on my charge 5, works for 2 minuten, then says; "notification options are invaled"... Turning phone on and off doesn't work... Help?

Thank you for all the information that you've provided regarding the problem that you've been experiencing with your Charge 5. 

Before considering other options, let me know where exactly are you seeing this error message you mentioned about the notifications being invalid. In the meantime, make sure to follow all the steps listed here to resolve problems with notifications. This has been useful for other users experiencing the same problem. 

You can also check if you have the latest version of the Fitbit app installed and all the compatibility requirements here. Keep in mind that you need Android OS 8.0 or higher or Apple iOS 13 or higher on your phone and that you won’t see notifications on your Fitbit device if you turned on the Do Not disturb Icon or Sleep Mode.
