Not counting steps when pushing a cart at work

I work at Lowes and when I push a blue cart with lumber or other item on it my steps are not counted. Can this be fixed ?

@AJDagata72 Welcome to the Fitbit community!

For any fitness tracker that is worn on your arm, this arm has to be moving while walking to enable the built-in sensors to recognize steps taken. Pushing a cart with both hands prevents this movement.
