Not getting notifications on my Charge 5

My charge5 no longer receives notifications from phone calls, messenger and whatsapp. Agenda still works.

I tried rebooting on fitbit watch and on the cable several times, no luck. Logging out is also no solution. All settings were checked and rebooting Iphone did’nt work either.

What is the case? Anyone?
