Not getting readiness score

It says to get my readiness score I need to wear my charge 5 for 4 days and 4 nights. It’s going on a week now and still nothing. Anyone know why?

Hey @JessieGuillermo. I am sorry to hear this is causing problems. Please review the information in the link below. The two things that come immediately to mind are:

  • Wearing your tracker at least 14 hours per day
  • Subscribing to Fitbit Premium
