My charge five has not synced for almost a week and a half. Would not. I kept trying to sync it through the app and it said I needed the app to sync it! I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it still did the same thing. I restarted the watch --> the same thing. I finally made it forget my watch and go through the whole pairing process again. It finally synced but now I only have today's data and nothing for the last week and a half. 😬

Thanks for sharing your situation syncing the device and also syncing the data from one week and a half. I understand how frustrating not having your data, keep in mind, most trackers store up to 7 days of detailed minute-by-minute data, after this time, if the data has not been synced in your cellphone, the data will be lost.
I am sorry to tell you this, but my best recommendation would be to immediately contact us whenever this situation with the syncing happens, thankfully, the steps you followed helped solving the situation.
