After upgrading to a charge 5 last week, I’m absolutely gutted that it intermittently stops tracking heart rate and sleep. Never had an issue in the past, yet the latest upgrade has not yet tracked a full 24 hours since purchasing it. Feel let down!

It’s awful. Worse than the 4 or 3 at tracking sleep and exercise and no idea why they took out stairs.

Same problem. Seems to have started this soon after having updated the firmware.
