Notification screen blank Charge 5

When I try to select which notifications I want to receive on my Charge 5 by selecting them from within the app, there are no apps to pick from. There used to be, but now none load on that screen. Help?!

Hi, thank you for sharing that you've been having this issue with the notifications on Charge 5, @Writeasrain

 

Let me know if you're choosing the third party app option when you go to your notifications settings on the FItbit app. In the meantime, please try the following steps:  

 

  • Log out from the app.
  • Clear Cache for the Fitbit app on your phone's settings (Settings > Apps > Fitbit app > Storage > Clear cache)
  • Restart your phone. 
  • Log back in to check if you're able to see the notification options. 
  • Try to set up your Charge 5 as a new device in your account if you're still having the same problem.
