Notifications are not coming through my Versa 3

My charge 5 has quit sending me text notifications. Not sure what changed since Friday but have not gotten any.

Hi when mine does this which is weekly I have to restart the device from the watch settings, turn phone off and on it works for a while the. Does it again. Frustrating

Hi there, @Lbax. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 5 has stopped receiving notifications. I understand your concern, we're here to help you! @RiekoC Thanks for your help! 

As a first approach, I'd recommend checking whether your Versa 4 is in sleep mode. When sleep mode is on:

  • Notifications, goal celebrations, and reminders are muted.
  • The screen's brightness is set to dim.
  • The screen stays dark when you turn your wrist. To wake your tracker, firmly tap the screen twice.
  • The sleep mode icon illuminates in quick settings.
