I’m no longer getting text alerts or other app notifications on my Charge 5 after upgrading to iOS 17.

I done all the steps repeatedly. 
I have had this problem in the past, but I can’t resolve if this time.

Any additional suggestions?

 

I get Weather notifications but none of the others I’ve enabled.
