My Charge 5 stopped synching with my android phone yesterday. I finally got them happy again by resetting both. I had to unpair and pair and synching is now working, hooray! BUT I've had a fitbit since 2017 and NEVER want it to vibrate on my wrist if I receive a message or email! That's what my phone is for! This is beyond annoying. I've tried Notifications, settings, messages and it won't accept OFF. I put my phone on silent every night and never, ever, ever want my wrist vibrating to tell me my supermarket has a promotion (or any other site), especially at night!!

Hi @anything2, thanks for stopping by, I hope you're doing well.
I'm glad to help you to turn off notifications on your Charge 5.
In order to turn off notifications on your Charge 5, swipe down from the clock face to access quick settings. Turn on DND mode or Sleep mode to turn notifications off. Make sure both settings are turned off to receive notifications.
If the settings don't work, restart your device if you haven't done so. To do so, follow the instructions in our help article How do I restart my Fitbit device?
Best AnswerHello @anything2
I don't know why you're having problems turning off phone notifications. It looks like you're following the correct steps to turn them off.
If you haven't already done so, setting up a Bedtime schedule will at least turn off notifications at night. This help page (<-- click) has the instructions, if you need them.
