Notifications stopped Charge 5

All of my notifications have stopped on my Charge 5. Texts, calls and even my hourly step alerts. Everything is set properly. What can I do?

Thank you for all the information that you've provided regarding the problem that you've been experiencing with your Charge 5.  

This sounds like you could have the Do Not Disturb Mode or the Sleep Mode turned on. When you activate these features, you don’t see notifications on your Fitbit device, reminders or goals celebrations. 

If you haven't done so already, make sure to follow all the steps listed here to resolve problems with notifications. This has been useful for other users experiencing the same problem. In addition to the steps mentioned earlier, make sure that you have the latest version of the Fitbit app installed and to check all the compatibility requirements here
