Oct 2023 update

I'm not sure what you were trying to accomplish with your latest update, but the only thing I see is that nothing works anymore. I can't get my sleep record, daily steps, hours that I completed 250 steps, minutes spent in Moderate, Cardio, or Peak zones. The zones are way off even if you can see them. It won't even register any range unless I walk faster than 130 steps a minute. If I try to get to the peak zone, I'll need to call for an ambulance! I could go on. Basically, nothing works. It doesn't sync unless I attach the charger, tap the button 3, or is it 4, times. Ha! Does it really matter? It doesn't work either way. I am so disappointed in this new App and its new Interface. I feel like I paid over $150 to be able to wear a blue piece of rubbery plastic on my wrist. This is useless.

I wish I could get a refund. This is the biggest mistake and waste of money I've ever made. I purchased this because of the reviews and what I thought was the reliability. Wrong on both counts. This is not my first purchase. I bought my first device in 2018. I've bought 3 more since then. Don't ask me why. I guess I kept hoping things would get fixed

My advice to anyone looking for a good tracker is look somewhere other than Fitbit

My charge 5 no longer works after the update. It won’t charge. It won’t sync. It doesn’t matter if I reset my phone or bluetooth or restart the app repeatedly. It just won’t sync anymore. The dongle doesn’t register anymore on the Fitbit and it won’t increase the battery even when plugged in for hours. It’s this update that broke it.
