I have ordered a Fitbit Charge 5 from the Fitbit India website, a few days ago and the money was debited from my credit card. However, I did not get any email confirmation, order no. or any kind of confirmation. There is no way of tracking the order and Fitbit India distributors do not have a phone number to call to. I have emailed both the India and global Fitbit ids and they are looking into it.
I saw that there were a few others facing similar issues in purchasing Fitbit products from the Fitbit India website.
Any suggestions on what the next steps should be?

Here's a link that deals with this issue. I think there's a slightly different way of communicating with customers after an order, but it worked out for the people in this thread.

Was your issue resolved? If yes, how long did it take for them to solve it?
It's been three days since I placed the order but am yet to receive an acknowledgment from the seller.

It was. I did write to the fitbit help center but before I could get the right response, I got a Blue dart tracking message from the distributor.
I guess, it is good to follow up, especially since the fitbit india site is quite terrible in tracking orders.
