My "waterproof" charge 5 screen died after swimming in 3' of water. I ordered a replacement in JULY. This time with protection.
The order is still on "backorder" despite having said it would "ship by August 11"
It's now October, and their support team has NO IDEA when the next batch with arrive.
Are they going to make me cancel my order and buy the charge 6?
This experience absolutely sucks!
