Ordering from Fitbit

Since I still do not have my Fitbit Charge 5 

I would not order from them again,

 I have successfully ordered from QVC and Amazon.

Fitbit has to check out a real company’s fulfillment process if they want to sell direct.

Excited twice = Disappointed twice
