Pace after runs only showing 1 lap with random distance and time?

After my runs (outdoors) and walks, when i go to the excercise after im done.. for laps it just says Lap 1 and a random time and distance

been doing this for weeks now.. anyone else????

Doing the same thing for me, the past 3 runs it shows 1 lap and average time. Along with rounding up times this renders this useless to me!

Sam thing is happening to me. I’m using the original Sense. I’m so tired of Google/Fitbit and most other tech companies merging/updating/ and constantly changing their products which most of the time make things worse. It’s rarely for the benefit of the user and it makes using these devices a constant struggle to keep them working the way they originally did. I’m about ready to switch to a Garmin or Apple. If you discover a fix please post the solution. I’ll do the same. All the best.

Hi everyone. There is a fix. If you go onto exercise on your watch and go into run you scroll down and you can reactivate show lap count after 1.0 km.

I don’t seem to have that option on mine (charge 5). Just been on the online help and been told to expect a fix within the next couple of weeks

Not exactly a priority then. During the last two weeks I have had numerous communications trying to move me over to Google but no interest in sorting out a glaring fault.  If the company are aware of the problem, they must be able to work out what caused it to malfunction.  Does nobody care?

Our team is still checking why this is occurring. I haven't received any time frame yet, but this is one of our team's priority to get solved. 
In the meantime, keep an eye open for any Fitbit app update available.

When I cycle 15 miles in about an hour, my Versa 4 records 24/25 laps at speeds of up to 28 miles per hour for individual laps. This has only recently started to happen. Previously, a lap was recorded for each mile and at an accurate speed of between twelve and twenty five miles per hour depending on terrain .

In the Fitbit app, tap on your profile picture > help. 
You will see on the top the app version you have installed. 
If you are on v4.27 or above and the issue still persists, please let us know over here, so that I can pass the info to our team. So that they review this again.

I've informed our team, that the update did not improve the situation. 
They will work on a solution then.
