The Fitbit APP was updated to 4.00 on September 20, 2023.
I received the App update on the 23rd, and that's when my device stopped holding a charge and I lost sleep tracking.
The previous App version was 3.88.
There is a website called Up to down that has copies of all previous versions of the APP.
3.88 had the battery indicator on the APP and none of the things they're trying to do with 4.00 (I read somewhere they're releasing an update to 4.00, but yeah, no).
I checked out Up to down to make sure it was legit, but you should do your own checking before you download anything to your phone.
Regardless, my battery made it through the night for the first time since 4.00, but it still isn't tracking my sleep.
Getting back the old App version was great in and of itself.
