Hi all,
I just got a fitbit charge 5 for my mother as a gift. I created an account using her email but apparently I had a typo in the password so I couldnt login afterwards. I clicked on reset password multiple times about 3 hours ago but there is no email sent.
I went the pathway of using live chat to reset the password for my mother but, surprisingly enough, they require a login to talk to them 😄 but I cant login since my problem is about the password in the first place!
I created this account (mine) I am posting from and tried to contact support live chat but after all verifications I get redirected to a page that says sorry unavailable.
I am currently in Tunisia not in the US and contacting them by phone is no trivial task.
I am kind of blocked and disappointed by the early blockers I am facing in my mother’s fitbit experience.
Please advise.
