Problem logging into app on iPhone 7

No prob logging into fitbit on computer or ipad, but just downloaded app to iPhone 7 and it wont accept my username and password (yes, they are correct).  I already tried shutting down and restarting the phone and uninstalling/reinstalling the app

Yeah, tried that.  Fitbit told me to try another wifi, which also didn't work.
