Problem with Chinese characters in notification on Charge 5

Charge 5 does support showing Chinese notification on it.  But some Chinese characters are displayed as corrupted font character.  Can Fitbit fix it please?

@Jagoose , A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your message and feedback regarding the display of Chinese characters. 

 

Since a few years ago, we added the Support  for Traditional Chinese language in the App and some devices. 

Could you pelase verify that you selected Traditional Chinese on your settings?
