Problem with zone minutes display

For the last four days the zone minutes are not getting updated. The steps and distance is showing up. 

The graph of sleep is also not getting updated for the past four days

So forget about zone minutes.  That's just a symptom.  The base issue is no heart rate.  Look in Settings on Charge 5.  Make sure you don't have "Heart Rate" turned off.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Where?  On Charge 5?  On app?  If app, which one?

So you are just not getting any zone minutes.  Are you sure you are getting heart rate?  Is your heart rate getting high enough to earn zone minutes?

You are correct. The hear rate is also not showing up. I am quite active and have no issues with my heart rate. I think the problem is, with the fit bit
