I am not receiving notifications and it won't sync also it is now asking me to update app but no info on where I do this, his is a new update from charger 3 I wish I had just replaced it with the same

Hi @Reene  the app should update if you have it set to automatically update. Trouble syncing - click to read some helpful tips. As for notifications, you also have to give the app and your phone permission to give them. See if the article for syncing helps and then let us know how it goes.

I have tried everything have now been told by help service to delete and se up again which I have and I won let me asking me to change email!!
