Ordered a band for my Fitbit, but it doesn't fit it. The tabs are bigger than the port.

Hi @Riverkitty  did you order an authentic Fitbit band? Sometimes third party bands don't fit as precisely. If you got it from Fitbit, you should get with customer support.
