I had issues syncing my Charge 5 and had to go through all the steps to try and get it to sync back up. However, it never would and I ended up having to do a hard reset on the fitbit as a last resort and now I cannot get it to turn back on. It' just seems to be stuck in a loop where it says " download fitbit app" which I have done over again. My real question is when I was making sure that I am not logged into any other account it showed that I was logged into 3 Iphones ( they were all mine), so I revoked access to all but one, but now I'm wondering since the phone into is all the same, IP address is the same, have I made it impossible to connect my device? Please help because I've been working on this for days.
