Hi,
this is the second time i am having the same problem with RMA process : incorrect address has been recorded.
1. In September Google sent me RMA and the address was recorded incorrectly. I called Fitbit support asking to correct the address : before sending faulty Fitbit , after I sent my faulty Fitbit , after receiving the email that new Fitbit was dispatched and still the replacement went to incorrect address. I was chasing all around the city in search for it. Finally found ... at the same wrong address.
2. Now the same happened to me again: RMA's got incorrect incorrect address. However now it is worse: it only has my unit number, but not street address. There is no problem with sending the faulty Fitbit, i always drop it at the Google drop off address.
However hence the address is not deliverable, I may never see the replacement.
I have asked Customer service to correct the address in RMA. I am being told :
"we recommend checking your email regularly since once we receive the return, you will receive a follow-up email, and you can inform the complete address". However I had the same problem before and the address was never corrected.
I wonder what experience had other members of the community and how they solved it?
