Random Data Missing

Random dates are missing from my exercise data. If I go back to that date and add something new, my data shows back up for like a second, but never shows up on my dashboard or my day. I have tried re-synching, clearing cashe, etc. That data just isn't coming back, even though it's clearly in there.

Hello @Echo1235

There is a known issue on the Fitbit side that affects our ability to see completed exercise data in the Fitbit app. The team is aware of the issue and has been working on fixing the problem.

As you've noticed, the data is there but it's not showing in the app. That indicates to me that your data was uploaded to your account on the Fitbit servers, but there's some issue with syncing between the servers and the Fitbit app.

At this time, there's no troubleshooting that we can suggest since the issue is on the Fitbit side. We have to wait until the team fixes the problem.

Thanks for making me aware. Do you know *if* they are working on it?

Hello @Echo1235

Yes, the team is working on fixing the problem. From recent Moderator posts that I've seen, they acknowledged that users are still having the missing exercise data problem, even after updating to version 4.28, and have forwarded the information to support.

Thank you, where do you follow the Moderator’s post?

Hello @han88fia

It's not actually following a Moderator post. I visit various Fitbit help forums and have seen the Moderators posting on several threads about this issue.
