I just read that readiness score is coming to non premium watches (including charge 5). Just got an app update, not there. I'm still on 188.58 on watch and never get update notification. App is 4.25. What's up?

Hello again @tcat007
I saw the Fitbit blog post mention Readiness score being available without a premium subscription. I'm going to see if I can get some clarification on this and will report back.

@tcat007 There are some user comments in this article in 9to5google where users say that have the right app version, but can't get it yet. I can tell you from experience that a rollout like this can take over two weeks to get to all users once announced.
I also want to add that I have Premium, so I get the readiness score. I have v 4.25 of the Fitbit app and I don't have the screens shown in the 9to5google article. My readiness score is calculated the old way.

That mentions 4.23 in the app, I'm at 4.25, so I think it's more that the watch firmware that matters. Since I never got firmware 194, I'm not holding my breath.

@tcat007 Rollouts like this don’t go to all users all at once. @RiekoC might get an expected time frame. It was just announced and it is a little too soon to be concerned about it.

Only "concerned" because and update was announced last fall that never got to my watch. I guess it was put on hold with all the watches crashing. Just odd nothing new in a year.

I am also yet to see the free readiness score on my charge 5 and would like more information on when it might be coming. My app version is 4.25. Charge 5 is on 194.91.

It shows up on app version 4.26.1, has nothing to do with firmware (since mine hasn't been updated on 2 years)

Thanks the feedback @tcat007.
It's the latest app version. I apologize for my mistake.

Hello @tcat007
Last we heard, the updated Readiness score is still rolling out to users.
I've also seen some recent Moderator posts mentioning that an app update will be rolling out in the next few days. Keep checking the app store and install the update when it's available.
Let us know if you still don't see the Readiness score after installing the new app update.
