Went to the gym this morning and did my normal workout, 1 hour on the elliptical. Before showering I took the Fitbit off. On the drive home I got the Fitbit Logo. As soon as I got home, I put the Fitbit on to charge, that was 9 hours ago. Before you tell me to go thru the steps to "restart" the Fitbit, when I went to the gym it was 95% charged. I have tried to "restart" the Fitbit several time over the past 9 hours. This is not the first time this has happened. So, what gives... From reading other post I believe I am not the only person having this problem. I don't see a bright future for this company if they cannot get a handle on quality control and make a product that last mor7e than a year. I believe this is my first and last Fitbit.

Hello, @GeorgeLogan Welcome to the Fitbit Community.
Thank you for informing me about the reboot loop with your Charge 5, I appreciate the steps you took and your post here since this may help other users to solve the situation. My best recommendation would be to try syncing your device and restart it, once again.
Once you have done that, please, change the clock face, this may also impact the functionality of your screen.
