Recommended zone minutes just keep going up

This has been going for a while now, but my original post is closed, one day my recommended zone minutes took a major jump and have kept rising ever since, today's rec is 301 zone minutes, is this going on for anyone else?

Today the recommended zone minutes has ballooned to 381, is there anyway to reset this to make it reasonable or is this really just junk?

This so weird, there has be a ceiling to the algorithm or at least there should be, I wonder if there is a way to reset equation?

I got a new one, charge 6, hoping it would reset, was looking good after a few days and then...
